PinkChat Terms of Service

• You must be an adult to use PinkChat.
• Be decent to the people you meet. The community guidelines say what that means.
• Some features use coins. The price is shown before you spend.
• We can remove accounts that break the rules.
• Video chat with strangers has risks, and you use it at your own risk.

The rest of this page is the full version. By opening PinkChat, signing in or starting a chat you accept it, along with the community guidelines and the privacy policy.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement. Do not use PinkChat if you have been removed from it before, or if the law where you are does not allow it. If we find out that a person under 18 has been using the service, we will close the account.

Some features need you to sign in. Use accurate details, keep your sign-in private and let us know if you suspect someone else has used it. What happens on your account is your responsibility. For live video or voice, your browser will ask for camera and microphone access, and you decide whether to allow it.

PinkChat connects users for live conversation. We do not pick who you meet, we cannot promise any particular person will be online and we cannot promise a conversation will go well. We may change, pause or retire features as the service evolves.

We are a platform for conversation, not a party to any relationship that follows from one. What you do with someone after a chat is your decision. Our safety tips are there to help you make it carefully.

• Follow every rule in the community guidelines.
• Do not harass, threaten, deceive or exploit anyone, and never involve a minor in any way.
• Do not record, capture or share another person's video, audio or messages without their permission.
• Do not use bots, scripts or automated tools, and do not try to disrupt, copy or overload the service.
• Do not use PinkChat to advertise, spam or break the law.

PinkChat is free to start, with a limited number of free matches each day. Longer or premium conversations and some features use coins, which can be bought. The coin cost of an action is shown before you confirm it. Payments go through third-party payment providers, who may add their own taxes or fees.

Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money unless the law requires otherwise. Coins that have been spent are not refundable except where the law says so. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us with the date, the amount and your payment reference.

You are responsible for what you say and show on PinkChat. You keep ownership of what you create and give us the limited permission needed to carry it between you and the other person and to run the service. Other users are responsible for their own words and pictures. We do not endorse them and cannot vouch for anyone.

Leaving is always your choice. If an account breaks these terms or the guidelines, or puts other people at risk, we can warn it, limit it, suspend it or close it, and where safety calls for it we may skip the warning. To ask us to delete your data, follow the steps in the privacy policy.

PinkChat is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise it will always work, be free of errors or that other users will behave well. Talking to strangers carries inherent risk, and you use the service at your own risk.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm caused by other users. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. When we change something important, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using PinkChat after an update means you accept the new version.
